BIGBANK apologises for the false reminder

Due to a human error which occurred in the course of testing the new IT system, we sent a false reminder, in which we reminded of the need to transfer term deposit amounts, to some of our clients on Tuesday, 6 September 2011.

We confirm that this was a mistakenly sent automatic notice, which does not bring about legal consequences and which we ask to be ignored.

We have also sent a new e-mail to all relevant clients in which we ask to ignore the previous notice. The precise causes of mistakenly sending the notice are being specified.
