The new General Terms and Conditions of BIGBANK AS are in force from 01.07.2011.
Clause 11 of the General Terms and Conditions has been amended. The amendments to the General Terms and Conditions result from the amendments made to the Credit Institutions Act, which are aimed at more thorough regulation of the procedure for resolution of disputes between the bank and a client.
The amendments to the General Terms and Conditions are of the specifying type and they do not impose additional obligations and rights restrictions on the clients.
