BIGBANK's Supervisory Board elected the fifth member of Management Board

On the 10th of March 2010 BIGBANK's Supervisory Board decided to increase the number of members in the Management Board and elected the BIGBANK Group's CFO as the fifth member of the management board.

Ruslan Mahhov (27) has been working as BIGBANK Group's Chief Financial Officer since February 2010. During years 2007-2010 Mahhov worked as the head of analysis team in Alta Capital Partners and during 2003-2007 on different positions in Swedbank in area related to financing mergers and acquisitions. Mahhov has Master of Science in Economics degree from Tallinn University of Technology.

BIGBANK's Chairman of the Supervisory Board Parvel Pruunsild said that the need to increase the number of members in the Management Board arise from bank's expansion which has brought along new assignments in financial management on Management Board level. "We decided that in order to increase the efficiency of general management it is necessary to include the Chief Financial Officer into the Management Board," said Pruunsild.

BIGBANK's Management Board consists of five members: Ruslan Mahhov, Kaido Saar, Veiko Kandla, Ingo Põder and Targo Raus as the Chairman of the Management Board.

BIGBANK AS is a specialised credit institution based on Estonian capital, which has branches in Finland, Latvia and Lithuania and provides its services on cross-border basis also in Austria and Germany. As of the end of 2009 BIGBANK employed 394 people and the bank had in total 28 offices. BIGBANK's bonds are listed on Stockholm Stock Exchange.
