In case of not accepting the changes in the price list, the existing customer has the right to cancel his/her loan contract by 27.08.2009 at the latest, pursuant to the procedure established in the general conditions of the bank. If the contract has not been cancelled by the abovementioned deadline, then it shall be deemed that the customer has accepted the changes.
