The Supervisory Board of AS Balti Investeeringute Grupp decided on 28.02.2005 to expand BIG's Management Board to three members. Eero Varkki was appointed new member of the Management Board.

According to Parvel Pruunsild, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BIG, the expansion of the Management Board has been primarily caused by the enterprise's growth. "Eero Varkki has been working as financial manager at BIG since 2004 and his contribution to the enterprise's development has been very commendable," said Parvel Pruunsild. Now the Management Board of BIG will comprise three members - Targo Raus, Chairman of the Management Board, and Veiko Kandla and Eero Varkki, members of the Management Board.

Eero Varkki was born in 1974 in Tartu, graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the University of Tartu and completed his Master's Degree there. Eero Varkki worked as financial analyst and securities expert at AS Arengufinantseering and as financial manager at Oÿ A-Plus Farma and Oÿ KV Retent.
