Since 2003 March has been Excellent Service Month with the campaign titled Commend the service staff member!

From this year onwards BIG is also participating in this project and now all BIG's customers can provide positive feedback about our service staff the service level and friendliness.

You can communicate your commendation for good service in March either by sending an SMS or calling 1182. You can also leave your comment on the Internet: http://www.heateenindus.ee/?427.

At the end of March the results will be analysed and the enterprises who have received the largest numbers of customer commendations will be announced.

So please be sure to leave a positive comment if you have been pleased with the customer service staff members at BIG's branches. :)
