Arising from the necessity to regulate the relations between the Bank and the client more precisely and exhaustively, Balti Investeeringute Grupi Pank AS enacts the new general conditions of the Bank.
Among other aspects, the following requirements are being specified:
- requirements applied upon identifying the client;
- requirements applied upon the documents submitted by the client;
- requirements applied upon the procedure and conditions of representation;
- requirements applied upon keeping the information subject to banking secrecy and processing the personal data;
- requirements applied upon changing the information.
For the purpose of making the procedure of accepting the payments more clear and understandable for the client, the general conditions of the credit contracts concluded between the Bank and the client shall be changed and amended in the following wording:
The sums to be paid by the credit receiver upon the contract shall be transferred to the credit provider's bank account established in the contract. The name of the credit receiver, contract number and the reference number established in the main conditions of the contract shall be indicated in the payment order. Upon conflict between the data provided in the payment order, the credit provider shall be entitled to firstly proceed from the reference number, secondly from the contract number or the client name indicated in the payment order.
The general conditions of the Bank and changes in the general conditions of credit contracts are available in the homepage of the Bank (www.big.ee) and in all bank offices of the Bank. Upon the clients having concluded a contract with the Bank before March 13, 2006, the new general conditions of the Bank and the changes in the general conditions of credit contracts shall be applied from April 14, 2006.
Upon disagreement with the conditions, the client shall be entitled to terminate the contract by April 13, 2006, the latest. If the client has not terminated the contract by the term specified, the client is deemed to have agreed with the new general conditions of the Bank and the changed general conditions of credit contracts.
