Balti Investeeringute Grupi Pank AS shall redeem its securities quoted on the Tallinn Stock Exchange (EE3300077015) on 28 July 2006. The issuer shall pay the sum of the redemption price of the securities belonging to the investor as the redemption payment. The redemption price of a security is its nominal value, 100 kroons.

The redemption payments shall be made at 8:00 on the date of redemption to persons who are owners of the securities pursuant to the information of the Estonian Central Register of Securities.

All the payments made by the issuer in relation to securities shall be made in Estonian kroons by bank transfer to the entitled persons\' bank account related to the securities account in the account administrator\'s bank of the Estonian Central Register of Securities.

Income received from the securities shall be subject to taxation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia or the investor\'s country of residence.
