Balti Investeeringute Grupi Pank AS (BIG) issued bonds in the framework of two targeted bond issues by means of which the company involved external finances in the total amount of 119 million kroons in order to finance its lending operations.
On 23 November 2006 BIG issued via targeted bond issue a total of 30,550 coupon bonds. The nominal value of one bond is 100 lats (2243.07 kroons), and the nominal value of the issue is 3,055,000 Latvian lats (68,525,788.5 kroons). The rate of return of the bonds with a term of 1.5 years is 7.250% and the redemption term is 23 May 2008.
On 17 November 2006 BIG issued via targeted bond issue a total of 5057 coupon bonds. The nominal value of one bond is 10,000 kroons and the nominal value of the whole issue is 50,570,000 kroons. The annual rate of return of the bonds is 6 months’ EURIBOR + 3%. The redemption term of subordinated debentures with a term of 3 years is 17 November 2009.
