Balti Investeeringute Grupi Pank AS (BIG) issued commercial papers in the amount of 27,55 million kroons and subordinated bonds in the amount of 67,9 million kroons.

BIG issued 2 755 commercial papers with nominal value of 10 000 kroons with rate of return of 5,57% and redemption term 30.01.2008.

In addition, BIG issued 6 790 subordinated bonds with nominal value of 10 000 kroons. The redeption term is 30.01.2014 and rate of return is 3 months' EURIBOR +3%, which increases to 3 months' EURIBOR +7% in 2009.

BIG uses the proceeds from these bond issues to refinance its liabilities and to finance growth of operations.
