Balti Investeeringute Grupi Pank (BIG) opened its 15th branch in Estonia and fifth in Harjumaa today, 15 May 2007, in Maardu.
From today anyone residing in Harjumaa can visit the Maardu branch instead of those in Tallinn for the whole range of BIG's services. The branch at the Maardu Shopping Centre (Nurga 3) represents the second important expansion step for the company this year - a new branch was opened in March at the Nurmenuku Centre in the Õismäe district of Tallinn. The third expansion step will be taken in a few days' time when a new branch will be opened in Võru for our customers in Southern Estonia.
The branch is open from Monday to Saturday at 10:00-20:00.
According to Anneli Künnapuu, BIG's Tallinn Regional Manager, the customers residing in the vicinity of Tallinn are also in need of improved service availability.
The Baltic Investment Group Bank (BIG) is an Estonian-owned bank and the largest specialist lender to private clients and companies in the Baltic States after universal banks and leasing firms.
BIG's goal is to provide both private and business clients with fast, attentive and flexible financial services. At the end of 2006, BIG had a total of 44,000 clients in Estonia and Latvia. BIG has 260 employees.
BIG's bonds are listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange.
