On July 17, 2007, the Supervisory Board of Balti Investeeringute Grupi Pank AS approved the decision according to which Kaido Saar, Head of Sales and Marketing, will become a member of the Management Board of BIG as of 1 August 2007.

Eero Varkki, the current member of the Management Board, will continue in the company as Head of Management Accounting.
The Management Board of BIG has three members; the other members include Targo Raus (Chairman of the Board) and Veiko Kandla.
