Just before Christmas, Balti Investeeringute Grupi Pank AS (BIG) sent gingerbread cookies to a total of 1300 Estonian families with multiple children.

The gingerbread cookies were distributed in cooperation with the Union of Large Families of Estonia; presents are provided for all Estonian families having 4 or more children and listed among the members of the Union. The gingerbread cookies are given to the families in the end-of-the-year-events organised by the county governments.

Just before Christmas BIG also sent around 500 packs of gingerbread cookies to the orphanages of Tallinn and Harju county.

As supporting the families with multiple children is one of the main purposes of our sponsorship activities, BIG acknowledges the families with multiple children also upon other times of year than just Christmas. For example, each May, just about Mother's Day, BIG in cooperation with local governments, provides the families with multiple children with the opportunity of visiting different aquatic centres for free.
