From 01.01.2008 new general terms and conditions of Balti Investeeringute Grupi Pank AS are in force. You will find the new bank terms and conditions here.
The changes are primarily connected with the entry into force on 01.01.2008 of the new Personal Data Protection Act, in accordance with which the updated general terms and conditions of the bank now contain a more detailed description of the principles of processing the personal data of clients. The corresponding changes are of primary importance to the potential clients of BIG Bank who need to know how the banks establishes relations with the client and processes the data received in the course of that process.
Any client that is already in contractual relations with the bank and does not wish to accept the changed general terms and conditions can by no later than 31.01.2008 submit to the bank a written application regarding preservation of the previous general terms and conditions. If the client fails to submit such an application to the bank by the aforementioned deadline, the client shall be deemed as having accepted the changes and from 01.02.2008 the new general terms and conditions of the bank shall be applicable to the relations between the bank and the client.
