BIGBANK is an active supporter of Estonian sports – in March 2008 we were one of the main sponsors of the XXIII Viru Marathon already three years in a row. Viru Marathon is an outstanding cross country skiing event in West-Viru County, the aim of which is to promote skiing to wider public and to where participants come from all over Estonia. The length of the main distance is 30 km and the length of the hiking distance is 11 km. The marathon is feasible for 300 to 600 participants every year. Viru Marathon is part of the EMT ESTOLOPPET series of Estonian long distance skiers.
